Morgana DigiFold Ultra
Slit, cut, crease, perforate and fold in one pass
The DigiFold Ultra adds full bleed trim to everything the Pro XL can do — making full-bleed 6 or 8-panel brochures an easy task, even for A4 landscape finished formats, on sheets up to 1300mm long.
Key considerations
- Speed: Creases and folds up to 6,000 A4 per hour
- Tools as standard: Dual folding knives, DynaCreaser, two slitting knives and cross-cut knife
- Trimming: Top/bottom trims 3–50mm; full cross perforation plus up to five inline perf/scoring wheels
- Creasing: Up to 30 creases per sheet (static crease)
- Delivery: Belt-stacker plus delivery tray; pairs with BST4000-1 for heavier production
