Fujifilm and Jet Tech: the partnership, part one
Jet Tech Group is the UK's only Fujifilm Ultimate Partner. This is the first of two films on what that partnership means for the printers we supply.
Ultimate Partner is the closest working relationship Fujifilm has with a UK supplier, and it is held by one company. It is not a badge we bought. It is earned on installed base, on engineering capability and on how the machines perform once they are on a customer's floor.
This film sets out what that relationship actually changes for a printer. Earlier sight of new technology. Engineers trained to factory standard rather than to a service contract. A direct line into Fujifilm when a job needs something the datasheet does not cover.
